Guitar Breaks has announced the dates and location its next event. The 'Spring Break' marks the return of Guitar Breaks to the Villa Pia hotel on the Tuscany/Umbria border in Italy. This was the scene of last June's event with Mick Taylor and Dan Steinhardt from That Pedal Show and Peter Honoré from Andertons TV.
Dates for the Spring Break are 15th to 21st April.

mike 'the tone king' goodman joins the GB TV team
Mike is one of the UK’s most experienced exponents of the guitar. He has toured live, written music for soundtracks, is an MD for artists, recorded numerous sessions, is an experienced tutor and has endorsed and demonstrated for over 25 years. Mike continues to be heavily in demand as a live guitarist and educator.
Mike has worked and performed with countless high profile artists and producers including: Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran), Living In A Box, Kenny Thomas, Denny Laine Page Official (Paul McCartney & Wings), Liv Dawson, Kitayah (Quincy Jones, George Michael), Wiley, Robert Burch (Original Rudeboys), Nate James, Thomas Jules (Rudimental) and Cass Fox (solo artist and Faithless).
Mike is also in demand for his soundtrack work, having written, played and produced all of the music for Wildlife Photographer (Channel 5 & Discovery), Lifeboat Rescue (BBC) and Lifeboat (ITV Meridian) and co-written the theme tune and incidental music for Wildlife SOS (Animal Planet, Channel 5, ITV).
Alongside performing, writing and recording, Mike has taught guitar and been a school manager at ACM Guildford for 20 years and is a qualified and experienced tutor. He was also an extremely popular contributor to Guitarist (magazine) for 10 years.
Mike has demonstrated for Fylde Guitars, Palm Bay Guitars and Randall Amplifiers.

Matt is a highly experienced and versatile musician & educator. A qualified teacher with a PGCE in Contemporary Music Performance. He has taught at ACM, DIME, ICMP and is currently head of the Guitar School at LCCM in London. Matt has endorsed and demonstrated for Fender, DOD, Digitech, Tokai, Amped and Elite. He has also contributed regularly to Total Guitar and Guitar Techniques magazines.
As a freelance musician Matt has played alongside many inspirational and amazing musicians/artistes from acts such as: Ce Lo Green, Rumer, The Kinks, Zoot Money, Tim Rice, Jamie Cullum, Mel B, Shola Ama, Bernard Purdie, George Lynch, Wham, Republica, Ronan Keating, Asia, A-Ha, Ian Dury, UFO, Roachford, Alice Cooper, Go West, ABC, China Crisis, Greg Koch, Graham Norton and Tim Minchen.

Giorgio Serci is a Sardinian born, UK based and award winning guitarist, composer, arranger and lecturer. Classically trained and with a Masters Degree in Composition, but also fluent in Jazz, Brazilian, Afro-Cuban and Contemporary music, Serci is an in demand musician in the London and international scene, performing, composing and arranging for the likes of David Garrett, Basia, Nigel Kennedy, Sylvain Luc, TM Stevens, Harvie S, Andy Sheppard, Martin Taylor, Julian Lloyd Webber, Paolo Fresu, Denys Baptiste, Abram Wilson, Antonio Forcione, Nawal Zoughby, BBC Concert Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt, Ronu Majumdar and supporting Shirley Bassey, Jools Holland
and Dr John, to name but a few.
