Legendary ‘The Fixx’ Guitarist Stars in ‘Chat & Jam’

Included in Guitar Player magazine’s ‘50 Kings of Tone‘, ​Jamie is a founding member of The Fixx, who formed in 1980 and have scored considerable commercial and critical success over the years, particularly in North America, where they have toured extensively, playing to crowds of up to 80,000 strong. 

Their 2nd album “Reach The Beach” reached multiplatinum status and includes the hit singles “One Thing Leads To Another”, “Saved By Zero” and “The Sign Of Fire” as well as deeper cuts such as “Opinions”, “Privilege” and “Outside”.

Their critically acclaimed 10th album “Beautiful Friction” was released in July 2012 and The Fixx are as popular as ever in the U.S.A. and Canada.

 Alongside The Fixx Jamie has worked live and in the studio with many other well-known artists including Tina Turner, David Bowie, Stevie Nicks, Brian Eno, Rupert Hine, Laurie Anderson, Jane Siberry, Kirsty MacColl, Cyndi Lauper, Benjamin Zephaniah and Depeche Mode.
